PDF Stacks works on ANY Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and MAC operating systems. You will need an internet connection to download and activate the software.

The full version of PDF Stacks does not expire as long as your system is stable.

Once you place your order, you will have instant access into your online account which will enable you to download your software and view your license key numbers. An email will also be sent to you with your license key numbers. The beauty of your online account is that you can login to it at any time and you will have access to the latest version of the software! We do not ship any packages in the mail; hence, saving you on waiting and extra shipping costs. The license key is valid for only one device and is non-transferable. You can obtain additional license key(s) by placing an order.

To get started with PDF Stacks, import your PDF files. There are a few ways to import:

1. Drag your PDF files directly into the "Library" to import
2. Click "File" and then "Import Folder"

Once you import the PDF files, your files will be copied into PDF Stacks for easier ability to read, search, organize, take notes, print and share. Any questions, ask us!

At this time, we do not provide "cloud" services which enables syncing between devices or allows access of documents through our server. You will receive your license key when your order has been placed via email. You can also log into your account to access it.

We will grant a free license to everyone who meets any of these criteria:

1. is a public speaker and sends us a link to his/her talk mentioning PDF Stacks (recorded)
2. is a journalist or blogger who plans on reviewing PDF Stacks - we love reading articles about PDF Stacks and we will be happy to give you a license in exchange
3. feels that he/she should get a free license for some other reason and makes us agree
